Ms Arunima Saha

Arunima Saha did her B.Sc Home Science from Lady Irwin College, New Delhi. Then she did her Masters in Home Science from S.N.D.T Women's University, Juhu, Mumbai specializing in Food Science and Nutrition.
She was an all-rounder, securing scholarships in two out of the three years of Graduation (K.P.Kapila scholarship and Raj Rani scholarship in first and third year respectively). She worked at Anjali Mukerjee Health Total, New Delhi as a Nutritionist. Then she joined The Body Care as a Nutritional counsellor wherein she gained experience of weight loss strategies at the mass level.
Presently she handles cases which require lifestyle modification in terms of food and nutrition, weight management, cardiac risk management, exercise management, stress management, dependency management like smoking, alcohol and tobacco. At Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals, she is working in the of field holistic health, which comprises of prevention as well as cure of various ailments.
