Fitness expert Kayla Itsines has shared a video of zero equipment-style boot camp workout for fitness enthusiasts, who are bogged down by social-distancing norms and restrictions these days. Interestingly, the routine includes only six exercises and there is no jumping involved. So if you live in an apartment don't worry, the exercises are going to be “super quiet”, she adds.

Kayla Itsines advised for two rounds of the routine, that is once you complete the cycle, you can reverse it or do it all over again, depending on how you feel comfortable. For those who think that they are not able to do push-ups on their toes, they can drop down and try to do that on their knees.
