1. Cabbage

This vegetable provides you with vitamin K and C. It helps in meeting with diet requirements especially for diabetes and weight loss. While, you are out in the market to buy cabbage, pick the ones with shiny leaves. Once you chop it, make sure you cover it properly with plastic so that the vitamins stay intact.It is preferred that you should cook it right away.

2. Spinach

High on vitamin K, folate and beta carotene, spinach is widely recommended to almost everybody. Also, it is specifically suggested to people who have diabetes or the ones who are on weight loss diet. Always use fresh leaves and DO NOT go for canned and frozen variations. Green vegetables are exceptionally good for health and spinach of all is primarilysuggested.

You can have tomato soup that is very healthy and good on digestion too. You can also put tomato slices in your sandwiches and salads and have them during your meals.

5. Broccoli

People who are undergoing weight loss planare suggested to eat broccoli. This vegetable is rich with fibre and iron content. Always buy broccoli that is fully green and very well packed.

6. Asparagu

Loaded with vitamin A and K, Asparagus has only 5 grams of carbohydrate and 27 calories. When you are out to buy Asparagus, make sure it is firm, bright and has green stalks with compact heads.
