AIDS - Having unsafe sex

Q: I am having unsafe sex with my wife as she uses contraceptive pills and also with another woman as she does not have sex with anyone else except me. She has also never had sexual contact earlier as she was a virgin when we commenced our relationship. Am I in any danger of contracting AIDS?

A:If all three of you are absolutely sure that all of you are HIV negative, and all three do not have sex with anybody else, then there is no danger of HIV infection. Safety lies in absolute mutual faithfulness between you and the two women. If another person has sex with any of the three of you, the equation changes. However to protect the other woman from pregnancy it is better that you use a condom.
