Could I have contracted HIV infection by an injection?

Q: Three months back I had taken a injection from a hospital, I had not seen whether they had changed the syringe or not, so I had undertaken HIV tests, i.e. capillus and determine tests, and it resulted negative. I want to know whether I am 100% free of HIV.

A:Apparently, your premise was that the hospital had used a contaminated needle on you just because you had not seen the syringe yourself. To me, it appears that you are over reacting and becoming paranoid. In my opinion, there was no need of an HIV test for you. Still, since you have got it done and it is negative, feel happy. Relax. Your chances of being HIV infected are practically nil.
