Why am I so forgetful and absent minded?

Q: I am a 21-year-old student. I am very absent minded. I forget doing important things on time. I am not able to arrive to a solution soon. Later I regret that I should have done something otherwise. I also feel tired very soon and start yawning even after a proper sleep. Please advise.

A:There are different reasons for forgetfulness, stress, anxiety, attention deficit and self organisation abilities. You need to work on your lifestyle and at work/academics, have a better focus and motivation, so interest develops. Talk to a psychologist.
