Q: What is the treatment of scabies during pregnancy?
A:Sulphur (10%) ointment locally below neck application all over the body daily at night for 3 days and similarly crotamiton ointment application for 3 days are safe in pregnancy. To control itching, application of crotamiton ointment may be continued for 2 weeks or so.
