Q: I have a dental problem. My front teeth x-ray showed that the bone marrow inside the gum is melting (as said by my dentist). He has no clue to the reason nor has he a remedy. Please help me as he says that eventually all my teeth will fall out!!??

A:Probably what you have is a receding gum margin because of wrong brushing technique or gum problem. You must get regular ultrasonic cleaning of your gums done. Also use soft brush with the right technique (ask a dentist to demonstrate). Also surgical procedures like gum surgery or bone grafting for augmentation of the bony ridge is also there.
