A:The card issued to you on behalf of NIA is valid all across India. You need to check with the issuing Third Party Administrator (TPA) on the hospitals available in their network in the metro you need emergency/planned medical assistance in. Your card should have the contact number(s) of the TPA including a Toll Free number which you can access from anywhere in India. Please call them to provide you assistance as and when required.
