Q: I have been smoking for a year and a half now and have developed yellow pigmentation in the upper portion of my mouth and also some dark patches, and a slight red patch in the inner lining of my right cheek and a white patch on my right one. I have also got some white spots on the upper lip. Does all this mean I have cancer. When I got myself examined, the doctor said I have fungal infection but I am doubtful. Kindly advise.
