Q: In Kolkata it is a common feature for laboratory staff to come and collect blood samples. The syringe they use may be contaminated with HIV/AIDS virus. How can one make such syringes 100% free from HIV/AIDS virus?

A:Please ensure that they use a fresh, sealed disposable syringe and needle. Do not use if the paper packaging is previously open or damaged in any way.
