A:Stammering can be of two types - either due to a faulty habit or due to neurologic causes. The former is treatable but requires a lot of effort and practice from the patient while the latler is not treatable. You need to get your friend assessed and only then we can talk about the remedy. Also there is no miracle, which can occur in 2 months. It requires patient practice and may take few weeks to few months.
