Q: My 6 months old boy does not sleep properly at times and so, I give him Fenistil at night to make him sleep. Would this have any side effects?

A:It is not a good idea to give cough medicines which also have some bit of sedative effect, to put babies to sleep. We need to find out if there is any reason for the baby not to sleep well at night.
