My wife, who had FSH 24 last year and 18 before that, also showed FSH as 42 this month. The doctor has suggested IVF treatment with ICSI. My wife has started Yoga and I have started taking medicines for improving my sperm quality and quantity. What should we do? Please suggest.

A:Your wife's FSH levels show that her ovaries are going into failure. The best option for you would be to go in for IVF possibly with donor eggs, if the high FSH level report is from a reliable laboratory and done on day 2 of her menses.
