Why have my son's teeth decayed?

Q: My son is 3.4 years old. He used to drink lots of juices. As a result, his teeth have decayed. I mean to say that his front four teeth in the upper jaw are black in colour. He has stopped drinking juices now. Is he going to have a problem with his new teeth? What should I do so that his other teeth are not affected? He is still using his feeding bottles.

A:The problem is because of the feeding bottle. He is probably getting caries. Please take care of the teeth by getting him to brush at least twice daily and withdraw the bottle feed immediately. Consult a dentist and get him examined for other teeth involvement and remedial measures.
