Why do I get dandruff on my eyelids?
Q: I am a 23 years old male having an eye problem. When I wake up in the morning I find dandruff on my eyelids. Even if I wash my eyes with water, the dandruff is still there and after an hour it is present even on the surrounding areas of my eyes. Please advise.
A:This condition is called Blepharitis and I would advise you to use Hydrocortisone eye ointment - apply and around eye lids at bed time for 4-6 weeks, and wash your eyes in the mornings. This will make it better.
