Why am I unable to conceive?
Q: I am a 31 years old married woman since 10 years but have not conceived yet. During my periods I have a severe pain on my left side of the abdomen. Last year I underwent laparoscopy but it did not help. I have tried all types of medicines too like - Clofert 100 mg, Premarin 625 mg, Duphaston, Ecosprin, Lycostar Letoval, Letroz, Combiflam, Deviry, Hyponidd, Susten 200 mg, Dexamethasone 0.5 mg, Buscopan. My husband’s sperm count is fine. What should I do? Please advise.
A:The complete investigation for female infertility needs to be done - testing for egg formation by serial USG scans, cervical factors, tube patency and any infections, and appropriate treatment to be started.
