Q: I am a 24 years old boy having mental tension and severe sleepiness. It might be a condition of epilepsy. I am taking Divaa-OD 250 mg. Please advise.

A:Both epilepsy and emotional problems can lead sleep disturbances including increased sleepiness. In such cases treating the underlying epilepsy or emotional problem should be given the priority. In addition some of the medications used to treat epilepsy and emotional problems can also cause sleepiness. I suggest that you talk to your doctor about this for further suggestions.
