Q: I am a 20 years old male and since 6-7 years my nipples seem to have increased in size. There is no pain or anything but they just swell up outwards and when they are touched or rather pinched they become normal. Also, when there is more heat they swell more and are normal when it is cold.

A:This is a normal phenomenon and occurs because of a thin layer of muscle under the nipple and areola. There is nothing to be worried about and it is perfectly normal phenomenon so please be reassured.
