What is the reason for a small bump on my eyelid?
Q: I was suffering from an eye infection - Stye. My doctor gave me eye drops and now there is no pain but its nearly 3 weeks now and I still have a small lump on the edge of my lower eyelid. What should I do now as my doctor gave me Ibuprofen 200 mg for 1 week but the lump is still there.
A:It appears to be a chalazion, which if disturbing, can be removed by a minor procedure - incision and curettage, by an eye specialist.
