Q: I had an ultrasound recently; the size of my right ovary is 4 ml and the left 12ml. The left ovary contains sonolucent area some 2 cm diameter irregular in shape and irregular content. It may be collapsing. Please explain to me all about this. Do I need to undergo operation? What is adenomyosis?
