What happens if the placenta does not migrate?
Q: I am in my 14th week of pregnancy. My scan reveals that I have a posterior placenta reaching the os. I read that placenta migrates as the uterus grows. What happens if it does not migrate? Can I still have a normal delivery?
A:If the placenta does not migrate and stays placenta praevia, then a caesarean delivery would be done.
