Even though I have OCD and worry about hygiene, one of my sexual fantasies is satisfying my wife thorough oral sex. Please suggest the things we should follow for hygienic oral sex? A:Fluvoxin is the brand name of a medicine called fluvoxamine. The side effects include worsening of depression, suicidal tendency, asthenia, nervousness, fits, increase in urinary frequency, abnormal ejaculation, decreased libido (loss of sexual drive irrespective of age). If you take care of mouth hygiene, there is no risk to female partner in case of oral sex. Similarly there is no risk to the female partner if you observe hygiene of sexual organ. I think you should try to take care of any psychiatric problem by non-drug means such as Yoga. Medicines only control symptoms, they do not cure it.
