Q: Last month I had a hysteroscopy laparoscopic adhesiolysis and the doctor diagnosed as mild pelvic adhesion. Please clarify what is it and how I can conceive?

A:Mild pelvic adhesions are usually due to infection or sometimes due to some prior operation. If the adhesions have been lysed and your tubes are patent, and uterus and ovaries are normal, there is no need to worry. Of course, we do not know your full history, and these findings have to be interpreted in the light of your history, presenting problems, and indication for the surgery.
