Rh compatibility
Q: I am 6 months pregnant I am Rh negative and my husband is Rh positive my I.C.H report is negative. My problem is I had an abortion (1 month 10 days) but this I cant tell to my doctor as she is our family friend and that abortion was before marriage due to contacts with someone else so I cant tell that to her since it would create problems for me and my child. What measures must I take?
A:As long as your ICT is negative you have not been affected. But do take Injection Anti-D in this pregnancy at 32 weeks if you continue to have ICT negative report. And the same Injection after the delivery if the baby is Rh positive.
