Is there any treatment for dry eyes?
Q: I am a 26 years old boy suffering from dry eyes syndrome i.e. Stevens-johnson (SJ) syndrome for the last 4 years. I have to use eye lubricants. Is there any treatment to cure it permanently?
A:It cannot be cured. You can be more comfortable with frequent use of tear substitutes. Have you tried punctal occlusions or immunosuppressives like cyclosporines into the eye. Discuss with your doctor.
