Q: I got my first pregnancy aborted and now after 7 months I am pregnant again. I do not want this pregnancy also, as we are not in a position to afford it now. I got married one year back. I want to abort this pregnancy. Also I would like to know that though we use a condom during sex, how come I conceive? Please suggest some good method which would be safe and better for me?

A:My sincere suggestion to you is to go ahead with this pregnancy rather than abort it - repeated abortions have their own complications with infertility later on. Please give serious thought before stepping forward for another abortion. After you have the baby you can select any method for contraception - the oral pills such as Mala-d or Mala-N or Triquillar are all good contraceptive methods.
