Is EyeQ an effective drug for lack of concentration?
Q: My 3 years old son lacks in concentration. Can he take EyeQ in liquid form. He cannot sit at one place for long and is hyper active also. Please tell me about this medicine. We do not eat fish but this contains fish oil; is it good for him?
A:EyeQ is not a medicine but a product that contains fatty acids. Being a non-prescription Over The Counter (OTC) product it has not undergone scrutiny on its efficacy and safety by drug regulatory authorities. Hence, I am unable to comment on its benefits or adverse reactions. However, one should take claims made by commercial companies with a pinch of salt.
