A:Dapoxetine is a medicine for use in psychiatric disorders. An application made to U.S. Food and Drugs Administration (USFDA) to use it for so-called premature ejaculation has not been accepted. Dapoxetine has many serious side-effects such as psychiatric problems, skin reactions, increase in body weight, lower sex-drive, nausea, headache, upset stomach and weakness. It is not approved for use in India.
