Is abortion necessary if one is bitten by a dog?
Q: My sister is two months pregnant. Two weeks ago she was bitten by a dog and took an anti rabies shot. On her next visit to the gynaecologist, she was suggested to abort the baby for the risk of neurological side effects. My parents and her husband are very confused. Is there any such risk?
A:Your sister can take diploid cells vaccines. She doesn't need to abort.
