I am quite stressed out, what do I do?

Q: I am very stressed out. I am looking for a job and could not get one even after 1 year of my studies. My parents are not treating me in a correct manner. I don't talk to anybody and even living is a big problem for me. Every day each and every one asks me regarding my job. Please advise.

A:Getting a job can take time. I would suggest that you don't get too disheartened. It would be worthwhile to accept a job which may not be entirely upto your expectation at present and then gradually move on. It may also be beneficial to keep communication with your family members and friends open as they are important social support systems. You can discuss and tell them your emotional state so that they can appreciate and be more understanding of what you are going through. Continue to engage in activities that interest you.
