Q: In the very first month of our marriage my wife revealed about her first love. Since then most of the time I remain occupied with that very thought and feel quite bad about the fact that my wife was in love with somebody else. I have not been able to digest this fact till today (after 10 months of marriage) and remain heavy hearted most of the time. Is there a problem with me?

A:Each person has his individual life and past before he or she gets married, and this is true for all aspects of our life, from family, to friends and sometimes relationships. It would not be prudent to be worried about the past, and one needs to focus only on the present, and work on the marital relationship.
