Q: I am Vinod, working for a Korean Co. in UAE. Presently I am sitting in front of the computer right since morning 6.30 A.M. to 10.30 P.M. with a gap of 2 hours for lunch break and 1 hour for dinner break. The distance between the computer screen and my eyes is hardly 1.5 feet. For the past 2-3 weeks my right eye flickers or I get a feeling of something pulling inside about 4-6 times a day. Sometimes when I sit in a dark room like a movie theatre, on coming out of the dark room, I sometimes get a headache (I usually sleep in such case). Please suggest me some remedy. Till now I have not consulted any doctor for any problem concerned with eyes or headache.

A:Kindly get an eye check up, most likely you may be suffering from dry eyes due to continuos computer use. You may use lubricants for your symptoms.
