How to improve eyesight?
Q: Since last week I have started using spectacles with -0.5 power in both eyes. I heard that it is possible to improve the eye sight and remove spectacles at this moment by proper diet. Could you please advise?
A:It is unusual for a myopic power to regress once it is established. To improve the accuracy of the prescription, please get a cycloplegic refraction from the ophthalmologist.
