How safe is Femilon for breastfeeding women?
Q: How safe is it to use Femilon while breastfeeding?
A:Femilon is a low-dose oral contraceptive (OC) that contains two hormones i.e. desogestrel and ethinyloestradiol. It must not be used while a woman is breast-feeding. Even otherwise barrier method (such as condoms) is far safer.
