How effective are antireflective coating glasses for night driving?
Q: I would like to know if using anti-reflective coating glasses helps during night driving to cut glare of oncoming headlights and while using computers?
A:Various type of coatings over spectral glasses are now available commercially. Antireflective coatings help to cut down glare, especially for night driving and for computer monitors, etc. Coatings which help reduce scratches on plastic lenses (hard coats) are also available. And can be combined with anti reflective coatings.
