Q: I am 21 years old. I had put on a lot of weight in my early teens and then drastically lost weight again. Due to this, my body is sagging, especially my arms & stomach and there are stretch marks all over my body. I have a Golfer's elbow due to which I cannot do any weight training exercises to tone up my body because my elbow swells up. I consulted a doctor who advised body massage for around 6 months and also some yoga exercises for toning. Will all this really help? I am pretty worried about my condition and want to tone up my body and get rid of my stretch marks.
