How can I combat my loneliness and tension about life?
Q: I am a 19 years old student, who is preparing for entrance exams of professional courses. When I wake up every morning, I get so tensed about my life that I get unconscious for a moment sometimes. I feel the warm blood layers rapidly rushing into my face. I am not free with anyone, not even with my parents. I have tried to commit suicide thrice, but god saved me. I remain confused all the time and suffer from severe cold and headache. I don't know how to deal with friends also. I don't have any good friend in my life. I am totally vexed up with my life. The only relative and friend I have is the Internet and games. How can I get rid of all these? I want to lead a joyful life. My only hobby is to write short stories and listening to I-pod, experiencing my loneliness. My father's friends often say that I am a failure in life, which adds to the grief.
A:For well being of life, one needs a good special life as well, as friends and family and the time we spend with them act as positive strokes for us. You need to try and work on meeting people, friends and making better communication and relationships with people around. When there is criticism, take it in your stride, learn from it, but do not let it affect your mood and goals.
