Fasting blood sugar below 110/ maximum 120 2. PP blood sugar below 140/ maximum 160 3. Glycosylated haemoglobin below 6.5/ maximum 7 4. Blood pressure (BP) of 120/80 or below 5. LDL cholesterol below 100 mg/dl If you achieve these, your risk for complications is very low.
