Q: I do not have full control over my right eyelid. Because of this, Usually my left eyelid would stay open fully, and right eyelid partly. Its been like this since my birth. What is the solution for this? Can this be corrected by surgery? If yes, how much will it cost.
A:This condition you have is known as partial ptosis (of the right eye) and it is usually present since birth. The solution is by ptosis surgery which can be either by a)LPS MUSCLE RESECTION or b)SLING SURGERY
