Endometriosis and inability to conceive
Q: Even after treating endometriosis by fulguration, what could be the reason for not being able to conceive? Laparoscopy did not reveal any other problem.
A:Endometriosis is a progressive disease in various stages. Just fulgration may not cure it. That may just improve the intra abdominal milieu for the time being. There are various aspects of the disease process that interfere with the chances for pregnancy. You must visit your gynaecologist to know the extent and effect of the disease process in your case.
