Could hair on the nipple be related to infertility?
Q: I am a 29 year old married woman with no kids. I recently found a hair growing on one of my nipples... and am bit worried since then, although I had few hairs growing around my nipples since last many years. I have been trying to conceive for last 7 months or so, without success. Is there any relation between both these issues?
A:The hair growing on the nipples could be because of hormonal imbalance. Such imbalance can be a cause of infertility. You should undergo investigations - hormonal, and ultrasound to see the ovaries - to find the cause of your infertility.
