Can I conceive if only one fallopian tube is alright?
Q: Without undergoing any surgery for clearing right fallopian tube, what is the probability of conceiving with a perfect left fallopian tube?
A:You need only one tube to conceive! I do not know on what basis you are saying one tube is not OK (and the other one is absolutely OK) the diagnosis on either of these is never absolutely certain, HSG which is at best approximate. Diagnostic laparoscopy is more accurate but not perfect even if it is combined with hysteroscopy. Anyway to answer your query pointedly: if you have one tube which is ok there is no reason to get surgery done. In fact surgery on the damaged tube may actually increase your chances of getting an ectopic (tubal)pregnancy.
