Can I become pregnant if one fallopian tube was removed?
Q: Six months ago, I was operated for an ectopic pregnancy, in which my right fallopian tube was removed. I took AKT 4 tablets for 2 months. Now I am on Rifampin & Isoniazid capsules due to some uterus infection. I am 30 years old. When can I take a chance for pregnancy?
A:If the other tube is patent and free of adhesions, you have a fairly good chance of pregnancy through it. However, in case you fail to achieve a normal pregnancy in the required timeframe, IVF is always an option.
