Can eyesight be improved with exercise or yoga?
Q: I am a 25 years old male. I have an eye power of -0.75 for both the eyes with cylindrical power of -0.25 odd. I wear glasses. What is cylindrical power? Is it harmful? Can I improve my eyesight with the help of exercise or yoga?
A:Cylindrical number means that the power is different in different axis. Having refractive error is not harmful to your eyes. At present exercise or diet does not change your refractive error, and your eye muscles can compensate a mild refractive error.
