Col. Anil Dhall, Sena Medal is currently working with ARTEMIS HEALTH INSTITUTE, Gurgaon as Director & Head of Department of Cardiology. He was previously working as Senior Consultant (Cardiology) and Unit Head at Max Devki Devi Heart & Vascular Institute, Saket, New Delhi. An alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College Pune, he did his post graduation from Bombay University and post doctoral training in Cardiology from GB Pant Hospital, Delhi. He spent 25 years in the Indian Armed Forces where he was last posted as Senior Adviser & Professor (Medicine & Cardiology) Army Hospital (Research & Referral ) Delhi Cantt. He has also been Associate Professor (Medicine & Cardiology) at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. He was awarded the Presidential decoration of SENA MEDAL (Distinguished Service) in 2005. He has been a postdoctoral teacher and examiner in Cardiology and has guided ICMR, AFMRC and other research activities.
He has special interests in Complex Coronary Interventions, Acute MI interventions, peripheral interventions, Carotid angioplasty, Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Device closure for congenital Heart Defects, Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy and has taught, proctored and demonstrated techniques all over the world.
He is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology, Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions and Cardiological Society of India.
