Moreover, these colds don't go anytime soon. All these factors indicate that your white blood cell count is low and you need a medical check-up.

You're Always Dehydrated - There's a reason why we're forced to drink water every time we fell sick. The fluid does a marvellous job of cleansing our body of toxins and harmful chemicals. The concentration of electrolytes is the driving force in the immune system and a dehydrated body is a welcome door for all sort of attacks.
