Q: My wife and my self are covered under New India Assurance for Mediclaim for Rs 5 lacs with no claim for the last five years. For the last 6 month I have not received the new card from paramount. I logged the problem to NIA site and also to paramount but no response at all. Will my old card be valid for this year?
