Q: My 15 years old brother is very short tempered and behaves badly with all the family members, especially with me. Sometimes he also uses abusive language but at the same time he also becomes loving (depending upon his mood). Please advise?

A:I feel that you should not be alone in handling your brothers moody behaviour. Ask for help of others in the family, especially, grown-ups. Badly behaved boys of 15 quite often grow up to be well behaved boys of 18. During adolescence, they are coping with their physical changes and emotional swings. You could talk to him directly and say that if he stops using abusive language you would play with him. If that does not work, ask your parents to deal with these issues suitably.
