Q: I am a 38 years old man having a lot of body pain, especially in my hands, legs and back. If I sit on the floor for a short duration, my legs become inactive. It seems there is some problem in the nervous system. I am a patient of ulcerative colitis too and as per the gastroenterologist it is in the remission phase. Please advise.
